We’ve heard a lot of similar questions, asked by our customers over all those years… While it would prove difficult to list all of them here, we’ve thrown in the most popular ones.
How long it will take to receive the furniture?

The delivery may take from 2 up to 5 business days on availability.
If we’re talking about the local deliveries in the states where our stores are, use our own trucks that make the delivery faster and cheaper.
Delivery takes from 2 to 5 days from the date when the status of your order is “Processing”

Which shipping providers do you use?

UPS Ground, UPS Freight, FedEx, USPS or other Common Carriers.

Is it necessary for me to register an account in order to buy an item?

Yes and this is made with your own convenience in mind.

By creating (or using) an account during the purchase process, you will have 3 things made so much easier for yourself:

– keeping track of your order’s delivery status

– changing or canceling the order

– using your previous purchase history to become eligible for a Loyal Customer’s discount

Do you offer any kind of discounts?

Yes. We’ve got a Loyal Customer discount club, which makes it easier to collect special promos and coupons for existing users.

Do you accept orders from all 50 US states?

Yes, including Hawaii and Alaska, as well as US territories. Though please note, that for the latter, the delivery time will be considerably longer (up to 2-3 weeks).

Which payment methods do you have available?

You can choose to pay online with a credit card via PayPal or google checkout.

What's you return policy?

When your order is made and confirmed, it gets submitted directly to the manufacturer on your behalf. Usually, it takes 24 hours after the order is confirmed by the customer. When the order is submitted to the manufacturer, the customer is obligated to purchase the ordered merchandise.

This is why order cancellation is not valid after 48 hours. The customer gets a notification via e-mail with the description of all order details. Customers are liable to review the order details and during 48 hours may reply with any discrepancies or changes at no charge. If any changes will be submitted by the customer within the 48 hour period, We then will order the merchandise from the manufacturer. Any cancellation process after 48 hour period will proceed prior to the Cancellation Policy.

Do you deliver outside the United States?

While we do not ship outside the US, we can work with freight forwarders that are located in our delivery area.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery and set-up charges vary depending on where you live and from the amount of merchandise ordered. The final cost of your delivery will be displayed on Step 2 of our Order Process after you enter your delivery address. A preliminary delivery cost will be shown in the shopping cart.

How can it be possible, that the piece I've got delivered has a slightly different color than the one featured on an item's page?

Every computer monitor displays colors slightly differently. To ensure you are seeing the color of our products as they truly are, take the Furniture.com M&M test. If the colors of the candies you see on screen don’t look the same as they do in real life, try adjusting your monitor’s brightness and contrast. Or refer to your computer user manual for instructions on how to adjust color settings.
